Best Things to do in Adelaide with Kids
"On the outskirts of the CBD you will find the Adelaide Botanic Gardens. With several different areas to explore including the First Creek Wetland, Garden of Health, SA Water Mediterranean Garden, International Rose Garden and the Australian Native Garden, there are plenty of opportunities to teach the kids all about various elements of the environment. Take the kids to Little Sprouts Kitchen Garden where kids can learn more about where their food comes from."

The best zoos and wildlife parks to visit in and near Adelaide
"Warrawong Wildlife Sanctuary is another Adelaide institution and it is one of the zoos and wildlife parks in and near Adelaide that is definitely worth considering. Dr John Wamsley started Warrawong in 1969, constructing fences to protect the native animals from feral cats and foxes and create a sanctuary for them. The Sanctuary was closed for a number of years (there were problems getting insurance for the site), before being purchased recently by a couple who are trying to restore it to its former glory."

"When you inevitably find yourself lounging at the beach, Sarah's Sister's Sustainable Cafe in Sephamore - about 30 minutes from the CBD - will have something delicious and healthy for you to indulge in. The cafe originally opened in 1978 as Sarah's Cafe, showcasing fresh, local produce. In 2005 it changed to the name it has now (presumably sold to Sarah's sister) and serves a range of vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options, still keeping with that same locally sourced aesthetic."
